Al Khayat Avenue was created to give Dubai's creative community a home with a heartbeat — a single walkable avenue where galleries, studios and makers sit side by side in Al Quoz 1. Managed by Adorn Group, it is part of the wider Al Quoz Creative Zone, just off Alserkal Avenue.
